The website explains VoCall’s proposed service offerings and provides a way to request information. Product illustrations and sample call data are demonstrations. They are not access to a live customer phone system.
Quotes and service orders
Listed prices are starting prices for the described plans. Eligibility, usage allowances, taxes, fees, hardware, additional users or numbers, optional services, setup scope, cancellation, and payment terms must be confirmed in your written quote and service agreement. Submitting a form does not purchase or activate service.
Number transfers
Transfers depend on eligibility, correct authorization, and cooperation from the current provider. Timing is not guaranteed. Keep existing service active until the transfer is confirmed. A transfer may involve an interruption; we plan and test the change with you.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate account and location information. Use services lawfully, obtain required consent for messaging and recording, and review the acceptable use policy and E911 disclosure. You are responsible for equipment, internet connectivity, and other obligations identified in your service order.
